State of the Union RALLY with nothing but Trump supporters!
Maybe he could do a quick one in front of the House of Representatives and open by saying:
“I’ve been ‘disinvited’ (air quotes) to give the State of the Union in the House chambers this evening by a deeply sad and unhappy woman and her followers that are currently occupying it. So let me tell you about the current state of our great Union and why Nancy Pelosi is so unhappy about it that she’s shut herself up in there and, I dunno, maybe having a good cry. I invite her to the White House, she locks herself up. I hope she’s feeling okay. But anyway...”
I think Nancy is having nightmares about Trump turning around and putting her on the spot right in the middle of the speech...I have dreams of it.
Pence is “president’ of the Senate, hold the State of the Union there, and tell Pelosi to Shove it.
No, Stempy, the “State of the Union” address is not “off”. You are.
Trump will hold it in the Oval Office, get more public coverage and attention than if he held it in the circus known as Congress.
Plus he’s going to have a lot of fun with the Democrats’ disrespect for “precedence” which they have accused him of doing.
If Trump holds the “State” address in the Oval Office, he will “command” the scenario without any Democrat jackasses picking their noses or asses as signs of disrespect for all America to see.
The “man” owns the Democrats minds. Not only does he live rent free in their heads, he charges them for the prestige of having him live there (not an emolument).
To the Dems, via “Animal House”, “Boy are you stupid!”
Trump should move the SOTU to someplace in the Midwest, and then offer tickets to people who have lost children or family members due to the crimes of illegal immigrants, and only those people.
Could you imagine him in a hall with 20,000 people, and in the middle of the speech the house lights come up. He asks the people in the crowd to hold up their hands if they have lost a child or family member to illegal immigration, and the camera can pan as every hand in the house goes up.
Just do it from the Senate and invite no House members. Done.

Well, that may have been true when they were up against the normal Republican, but now they are up against an extraordinary American businessman, and suddenly they look as stupid as a mud fence.
