Now that he is on record offering dreamer program for wall and they are on record rejecting it, my guess is that Trump will order the military to build it as leverage to put more pressure on the anti wall people and add support to his base. The left will sue and the circuit court will issue an injunction. That will go to supremes, and with gov’t shut down they will take case immediately and support Trump and allow him to move forward . the anti wall people can’t risk Trump having total control so before that happens they will make a deal for DACA and fund the 5 billion for partial wall. Trump wins because the next budget bill that comes up will have to include the rest of the funding or he will do the same thing over again.
