The panic in NFL offices has ended. The bleeding stopped. Everyone knows why, and it’s not the powerful high-scoring offenses and the snazzy touchdown celebrations.

Anyway, I didn’t watch it.
The NFL can claim whatever they want, but for me they violated the “Don’t ask, don’t tell” rule regarding whether they love the country.
I won’t be coming back, not in this lifetime.
I don’t know who they won back over, but what I do know is the fact it wasn’t ME!

Hard to see how the NFL is going to recover from the imputation that its officials are on the take.
I’m still not watching, I broke the addiction and it feels good.

Seems a little scripted to me... Are they using the WWE formula?

TV audience is up, OK fine. It’s hard to get off the heroin of football. Still think there is some lingering damage though. Attendance at games was weak, sports bars around my area were less crowded, and I’d bet merchandise sales have slipped.
The Super Bowl must be sold out?
Fans just can’t wait to watch another fixed game?
I bet if you put up a One Hour Special of Cat Videos during the SuperBowl, it would attract more viewers.
The only way the nfl gets my money is by steeling it.

1. Most people have giant tv’s at home now.
2. Booze is much cheaper at home
3. No need to worry about getting busted on the way home.
4. Screw the NFL.
