God will not help them.
So, “ In Napa nan we trust”?
Why am I not surprised?
This should make it clear to everyone who goes to church that the Democrats are the party of the Godless. But of course, most liberal churches are also Godless imitations that have abandoned Biblical principals.
Assume that ‘so help me allah’ will suffice /sarc
Assume that ‘so help me allah’ will suffice /sarc
Can anyone ask for someone better than Almighty God for help. The God Who is responsible for everyone’s next breath and has eternal places for those who believe and those that don’t. This country is sliding fast. Repentance and God’s Mercy is the only saving Grace for this country.
What happens if you say, “No”?
Changing to “so help me Baal”.
The culture war continues.
They lie under oath anyway, so it’s a moot point.
A real swearing in would be “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth if it’s absolutely convenient.”
Let your yay be yay and your nay be nay.
The day is going to come when they cry “HELP ME GOD!”. To no avail. He helped them once at Calvary. They didn’t want to hear it. “DEAL WITH IT” will be the only thing they’ll hear for an ETERNITY.
It happens in court sometimes. If the witness is merely quibbling about the wording of the oath, the judge will usually work with him-- anything that says, in substance, 'I will testify truly and know I can go to jail if I deliberately lie' is legally sufficient.
If the witness flat out refuses to take any oath or affirmation, that's a refusal to testify, and the judge can hold the witness in contempt and have him jailed until he agrees to testify under oath.
Well since they worship Satan anyway I guess this is fitting
Why am I not surprised?
They don’t believe in the GOD OF ABRAHAM, ISSAC, AND JACOB ANYWAY; so what difference does it make, and they hate the U. S.Condtitution.
the Democrat Party voted three times to exclude God from their platform.

The one place in the Constitution where the wording of an oath is given, it does not mention God. Every place in the Constitution where an oath is mentioned, it says "Oath or Affirmation."
