One way to insure no illegal alien sets foot in America is to take by force 100 yards of Mexico and block any trespass beyond that point, thus no court jurisdiction.

I'm with you on that, but would push into Mexico 5-10 mile, dependent on terrain, then build the wall inside Mexico, and use a combo of both military and BP to patrol the "no man zone".

They tried during the shutdown, but Justice Dept said they had no one to defend the policy, so the judge delayed ruling on the policy.

Mexico specifically refuses to accept minors back from the US.

So we are back in that loop - can’t separate families. Since they will have to bring their (or someone’s) kids, they will tend to come to stay, rather than just work for a while.
