Yes, I know both Democrats and Republicans who voted for Perot.
The secret no one talks about is that, in some ways, Trump is basically Perot running as a Republican. Trump appeals to many of the same voters Perot did, including Democrats, but unlike Perot, he won a major party’s nomination and thus secured the votes of most of that party’s base.

Venti is 20 in Italian.Venti is the 20 ounce size at Starbucks. Something I learned right here at FR. There are no Starbucks (Or any other chain operations) on this island.

Ok, this is the second correction that’s been offered to me.
I’ve said “Venti” is 20 in Italian and two posters have offered corrections that “Venti” is a cup size at Starbucks.
Am I being corrected here ? Or am I misunderstanding this ?

twenty in Italian. Yes it does. Starbucks marketers, apparently trying to be cute and not use traditional size designations, decided to use
the Italian word for twenty to describe their
twenty ounce cup size.
