According to Wikipedia,
Northam graduated from Onancock High School, where his class was predominately African American.Given that info, this photo is probably fake, right? But it should be looked into.

Well, when we found out an appointed republican in Florida took a picture years ago in blackface (for halloween), the media went after him, and he resigned.
I will wait for the same to happen to our Governor.
