They don’t have 20 Republicans who will commit political suicide.
A resolution won’t remove the emergency action, just disapprove of it.
Yet there is a need to emergency powers as be seen by the flood of illegals entering the country.
That fact that it has been misused does not mean it should not be used when necessary. This is one of those times. And I agree it should be reviewed for all those other times when it was misused.
