You’re being kind. Anything that favors conservative policies being supported by the ultra left 9th is above surprise and borders on the edge of a miracle. The Pope should recognize this one.

Trump has been getting quite a few Judges on the 9th Circuit. I also think some of the libs on that court are realizing that Trump has the Constitutional authority to build the wall even if some judge issues an injunction.
Many of the liberal Judges may understand that they are just paper tigers. The first time Trump tells then to FO and goes ahead with the wall, it’s all over for the constitutional over-reach against every attempt to restrain the power vested in the Presidency.
