No one is going out in the freezing cold to protest a negative finding in the Smollett case.
No one died. Dude has no injuries. There are no perps. The story isn't credible. There are no witnesses. No video. He won't let police inspect his cell phone.
No one is coming to defend this guy when the truth comes out.
Never underestimate the Left’s power to get people riled up.
Even if they have to pay them to do so....................
They first have to have a believable crisis to exploit. A killing, a harsh court judgement, a perceived racial injustice, a major court case or legislative battle, etc.
The Smollett thing is a nothingburger. There's no political advantage to be gained by raising a ruckus for this guy - especially given the complete lack of evidence involved. If there were even the slightest bit of physical evidence to back the guy's story, you'd have your crisis and an exploitable opportunity.
Anyone sticking their neck out for this guy is going to wind up with a tar baby on their hands, and they know it.
Liberals have no foresight. All they see is the ‘now’.
I made a cursory examination of a lot of the Smollett news sites and there are still a lot of supporters out there, regardless of this fallacy and lack of evidence. THEY BELIEVE.
It doesn’t matter to them what the cops say, do or don’t say or do. They believe.
They will say the cops are racists, the cops are homophobes, the cops are incompetent, the cops never like OUR Jussie, whatever it takes to reinforce their belief system.
It will take full color, High def, 3D video of him putting the rope on himself, and even then they will say it’s doctored to incriminate Jussie.
Just watch.It’s coming....................
And when it doesn't, will you ping me and admit it? No.
Okay.
But liberals are soooo predictable........................
Yes, they are, which is why I'm taking the position that the Smollett story is too weak for them to hang their hat on.
Too much political risk for questionable political gain.
