Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly took aim at comedian Sarah Silverman on Tuesday after Silverman attacked President Trump on Twitter using obscenities and vulgar imagery.
Kelly tweeted Tuesday that Silverman's use of language made her a questionable choice for children's movies, including the "Wreck it Ralph" franchise in which Silverman recently starred in the sequel, "Wreck it Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet."
"This woman wants to star in children’s movies produced by Disney. (And just did, in Ralph Breaks the Internet.)," Kelly tweeted.
Silverman was quickly defended by fellow comedians like Jonah Ray Rodrigues and actress Olivia Wilde, who praised Silverman's "curiosity and compassion" in a reply to her tweet.
"Say hwhat now? “This woman” happens to be a brilliant, badass feminist with more curiosity and compassion than most of us combined, and I can only hope my kids grow up to be like her," Wilde tweeted. Silverman responded to the message with a number of heart emojis.

Silverman is a frequent critic of the president and most recently hosted the political-themed show "I Love You, America" which featured Silverman meeting Americans who don't share her political beliefs. The show was recently cancelled by Hulu after 21 episodes.
What’s a Megyn Kelly?
Megyn had the chance to be part of the solution.
She chose poorly.
Her career is over.
Apparently Megyn never caught one of Bob Sgget's stand-up routines.
Megyn sounds like she’s trying to get back into the president’s good graces. Methinks she’s barking up the wrong tree. Or maybe she’s trying to get back into Fox. I guess jumping over to the dark side left her with friends on neither side.

I’m also tired of entertainers lecturing and politicizing everything. Cheech and Chong are touring, as a billboard near me says. They are from my era, and would be amusing... however, I’m pretty sure Tommy Chong is a leftist. I don’t want to pay money to hear some broken down has been lecture me and tell me how evil Trump is.

You could say the first part also about Megyn Kelly. As to how the two compare on the second part, Sarah Silverman is the clear winner of dark depravity.

Megyn trying to un-jump the shark she so brainlessly jumped. Hope she invested well. As far a Silverman, she doesn’t even deserve A mention. She is in the same canoe with Amy Schumer. No paddle up Schitts creek.

Sarah Silverman definitely has..... issues. A long time ago I thought she was funny. Now she just spews bile and hatred.
Megan Kelly is free to “twitter” all she wants. But why does the media feel compelled to report on her tweets? She is basically irrelevant... or should be.
With all of her Fox News cash and millions from NBC, she is still laughing her way to retirement. Only her ego is bruised for getting canned, since she is a huge narcissist.
