I’d like to see Camera Hogg hit anything smaller than an elephant with an AR-15 at 1500 meters.
For a 1500 meter zero he would have to aim approximately 150 ft above the target with a .223 Remington FMJ so the bullet could drop down into the target.
Even at a perfect 39deg elevation, a 5.56 through a 14in barrel would be hard pressed to even fly that far.
And if it did it would not do much damage once it got there.
I’d say the fact that he’s still alive gives the lie to his claim.
Hogg is a punk who knows zip. I highly doubt I could have hit anyone past 450 meters. The range targets pop up and are stationary until you hit them. Then it goes down. I highly doubt I could hit anything moving at 500 meters or more with 18-19 rounds.
