Well, certainly the hearing, or trial, or whatever tribunal type they engage in will be entertaining.

It's worse than satire -- its California democrats and loons.
Looks like someone is flipping the bird on that chart.
Lake levels have been maintained 125 feet below what they were when the big winter rains hit two years ago and so even with the run-off we have had to date we are still in the hundred foot of headroom they have been trying to maintain to keep the repairs from being impacted by another event. However as your graph shows, the curve is not that different from 2016 (three years ago) which could put us back up in area where the main spillway needs to be used. I will include the link for those that want to follow it.

Some of the repair workmen were seen wearing white t-shirts. It is not known if they were doing this in honor of the Suffragettes or if they were closet Klansmen.

I don’t get the racism or sexism part. Was one of more responsible parties female or a minority, and why can’t they get blamed just as equally as anyone else?
I think there are claims related to the flood evacuation disaster. What appears to be happening is that employees of the Lake operator, Cal Water etcetera are being exposed to claims of how they were mismanaging their operations and how minorities and women suffered as a result of their conduct.
Its a gravy train so everyone is looking to load up their plate.
That was my initial thought, but when I read the article, you can decipher the real problem, a bureaucracy plagued by poor management, infighting, and careerist a-- covering. Which is not surprising in an agency with a Director appointed by Governor Moonbeam
Well led and managed organizations don't have time for the real or imagined BS discussed in the complaint. It is evident from their performance that the California Department of Water Resources was more interested in internal bureaucratic wrangling over side issues rather than effective management and maintenance of their dams.
This finger pointing is not surprising, indeed, given the state of California's current government it was inevitable. I would be more surprised if these kind of suits had not been filed.
As I understand it, the feds supplied money and the state spent it elsewhere.
I’d love to see that angle pursued.

IIRC, Calif voters passed a $7.6 BILLION Water Bond only bout 2 years before the dam spillway was damaged.
NO ONE is asking where that $$$$$ Went & why the spillway wasn’t repaired when that bond passed.
