Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., announced Tuesday he will make another bid for president by entering the already crowded 2020 race, as he tries to rekindle the grassroots energy from his 2016 primary run against Hillary Clinton.
Sanders made the announcement in an interview with Vermont Public Radio, followed by a web video and email to supporters.
"Together, you and I and our 2016 campaign began the political revolution. Now, it is time to complete that revolution and implement the vision that we fought for," he told supporters.

“If you are for socialism, income equality and redistribution, taxing the rich and supporting the working class proletariat, then how to do you justify having tens of millions of dollars and more than one multi million dollar mansion?
I believe had the Clintons not put in the fix he might have won in 2016.

"We have got to look at candidates, you know, not by the color of their skin, not by their sexual orientation or their gender and not by their age," Sanders said. "I mean, I think we have got to try to move us toward a non-discriminatory society which looks at people based on their abilities, based on what they stand for."
So "what you stand for" is the new definition that we can discriminate based on.
Rough future for conservatives.
Bad news for Elizabeth “Cherokee Nation” Warren. Because now she and Bernie will split that early New Hampshire Democrat primary vote.

Sanders Achilles heel is that he never had a job before becoming mayor of Burlington in 1981, yet he claims he “comes from the working class.” I believe DJT could, can, and will do much with that contradiction if he faces Sanders in the general, which he very well may.
Several states that went for Clinton in ‘16 would probably not have voted for Sanders had he been the nominee. Viginia, Colorado, and Nevada are unlikely to have voted, or to vote, for a radical like Sanders. Pennsylvania is probably in that group, and would have been hard for Sanders to flip.
Sanders was as popular as he was because the lamestream media refused to vet the guy because they didn’t want to harm any leftist’s chances. Plus, they are lazy. The conservative media did not vet him for much the same reason. They wanted him to embarrass Hillary by showing how weak she was. And weak she was indeed.
This guy Sanders has some big skeletons in his closet and someday they are going to be revealed. Mark my words.
Whatta surprise. Once in the spotlight, like the Rhinestone Cowboy, he wants to be where the lights are shining on him. There’s been a load of compromising, on the road to his horizon, riding out on a horse at a start-spangled rodeo, getting cards and letters from people he doesn’t even know.
In that field he is almost a Reagan Conservative.
