I watched a video yesterday of RBG being assisted as she walked through Reagan airport. She don’t look too good.

years ago I had to deal with a postal worker (she was many times the only one assisting the customers) she was extrememly slow in her job and the line would take forever. I questioned another postal worker one day the usual one was not there saying how slow she was and wrong to make customers wait so long due to her inability to do her job efficiently. She explained the slow one was battling cancer and may not be able to return. I said i can appreciate that but there comes a time we all have to leave our work for one reason or other. My take away govvt employees think they are entitled to do their job any way they want and don’t care about who they are supposed to be doing the job for.

Ginsberg is the justice that read the ruling into the books as well as having her clerks write the opinion, BTW.
Hence: eight in the general ruling, Thomas (ONE) concurring (that means agreeing, for those in Rio Linda).
Eight plus One equals Nine. Therefore, it’s a 9-0 court ruling.
