White Tucker Carlson Guest Says African-Americans Need to Move on From Slavery (Video)
Tucker Carlson guest Mark Steyn offered his thoughts and slavery and the issue of reparations to the descendants of U.S. slaves, telling viewers of Carlsons Fox News show Thursday that nobody living today knew anyone who had been a slave and that people just needed to move on from the whole issue.
Slavery was abolished a century and a half ago. Nobody alive today had a grandparent who was a slave and in that sense I think you reach a point where, you know, you need to move on, said, Steyn, a Canadian author and culture commentator who is white. The reparations thing eventually, as the decades go by, becomes ridiculous. ...
The moment comes as Carlson faces a months long advertiser boycott after a segment on his show in December in which he said illegal immigration made the United States poorer and dirtier. By “African American” does he mean black? Or negro? What are we commanded to call our gods today?
It remains the eternal crutch.
Red Lobster is still a major chain?
I don’t think there’s another nation on the planet that is still pushing the slavery issue.
We took 3-5% of all slaves globally. Why are we the poster nation for slavery?
Walter Williams talks about how the Black communities were doing good in the 1950s except for being segregated..it was like any immigrant community
There own schools colleges, doctors, teachers ecta
The African countries who sold those slaves to the Dutch in the first place are over it.
The Irish are (sort of) over being burned out of Ireland.
The Native Americans are busy attacking Asians (mostly) with gambling and alcohol addiction, that and the redneck white people and real estate execs.
Well, I am glad the author of the headline gave me the ultra vital information that Tucker Carlson is White.

He is not only the WHITE person in the room SAYING THIS
If there’s a reason to fail and any excuse to make for their perpetual dysfunctionality - you betcha dey gonna blame da slavery trade from 250 years ago.
It is the race hustlers and race shakedown activists who keep bringing up issues like reparations, because that is all they have. They think that will corral many who might bolt the party otherwise.
Notice that none of them are touting the lowest black unemployment numbers in history. Ironically, low black unemployment numbers are their enemy.
Every Race has been slaves. So yes move on and stop using it as a crutch.
Didn’t Lincoln by land in Africa so they could go home ?
Most blacks never moved off the plantations after they were freed for over 10 years.
There are over 165 nations around the world where slavery is still legal. Only America is punished.
Well, Slavery still exists in Africa. One thing to consider if slavery didn’t ever exist the tribes would be just killed the ones they captured.
The Arabs should pay as they are the ones who sold them.
There are more slaves in the world today than in 1862
Most Blacks that disagree with that are people seeking another excuse for their present day failure, or those plain old envious of other folks’ material wealth.
Because we don't have the necessary stones to defend ourselves.??
