Yes, this is all a show vote. Trump will veto it, and there are not 2/3rds to override his veto in either the House or the Senate. So the national emergency declaration will continue.

NO ONE can predict the future for any President to need such declarations.

Hobbling ANY President from using the tools of their office is more INSANITY.
