Peter Theil made his money in PayPal, not Facebook. He currently runs Palintir, one of the best intelligence tools on the market.

17 Mar: Washington Times: AP: New Zealand mosque shooting suspect bought four guns with police approval, store owner says
The owner of Christchurch’s “Gun City” store said it sold four guns and ammunition to the alleged mosque shooter through a “police-verified online mail order process.”
David Tipple said in a statement that he has provided police with the purchase records and full details of the sales, which did not include military-style semi-automatic weapons...

When did they ban them? From news reports this morning (on a NZ website), the AG and PM have started backtracking on their prior statements.

Why?

Because it makes them "feel" better.

Because they CAN, without a blink, on a whim. There is NO LAW in NZ that prevents the government from banning anything they want, whenever they want. If not today, then, tomorrow.

The United States is the last, best hope for freedom, and the Democrats want us GONE.

From this point forward, New Zealand is a Sharia state. It has made the protection of Islam its #1 priority. It’s only a matter of time until Christianity is officially banned there. I give it a year.

Yes. The DemoRATS want the United States to go away. Hence its platform that openly rejects God and calls for policies that are virtually identical to those pursued by Mao during the Cultural Revolution.

Should car shows like the Daytona Turkey Run and cruise nights be cancelled in the wake of the many car accidents here in FloriDUH? Better yet should Metro PCS, Verizon, etc close their stores in the wake of many of those accidents caused by idiots too preoccupied with texting?

You sound like one of their fanatics. Just a different lead character.

You will die, meet God, and God will slap you. You comments are not converting anyone.

He made more from Facebook than he ever did with PayPal.

Are the Muslim citizens less worthy of protection? I don’t agree with banning guns, but can we both agree that some whack job shooting up people in any church is a bad thing?

One who rejects Jesus has to have known Him first. Muslims who only know the false Jesus of the Koran have not known Him; they’re deceived, as Revelation 12:9 points out.

Romans 1:
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

I’m not trying to convert anyone.

Just putting this event into big-picture perspective.

PS I’m not going to get slapped.

Those verses are referring to those who have known God and Jesus; I noticed you removed the context of verse 18, which refers to those “who hold the truth in unrighteousness”. Such a thing cannot be said for all of mankind; only those who had the truth, believed it and then later rejected it and/or turned it into license to sin.

There’s a reason why the Resurrection is going to happen, and there is also a reason why the time when “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea” (Isaiah 11:9, Habakkuk 2:14) is obviously a future event, because it is absolutely not the case now.
