When did they ban them? From news reports this morning (on a NZ website), the AG and PM have started backtracking on their prior statements.

One who rejects Jesus has to have known Him first. Muslims who only know the false Jesus of the Koran have not known Him; they’re deceived, as Revelation 12:9 points out.

Those verses are referring to those who have known God and Jesus; I noticed you removed the context of verse 18, which refers to those “who hold the truth in unrighteousness”. Such a thing cannot be said for all of mankind; only those who had the truth, believed it and then later rejected it and/or turned it into license to sin.
There’s a reason why the Resurrection is going to happen, and there is also a reason why the time when “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea” (Isaiah 11:9, Habakkuk 2:14) is obviously a future event, because it is absolutely not the case now.
