Dang that’s not good for FOX. They had already ceased to be fair and balanced and were already leaning left.
We need to back OAN and Breitbart and 3-4 more Networks that need to have MAJOR backing in order to create REAL LIVE 24/7 Cable networks (not to mention we need MAGA type Internet service providers). The salaries of Ingraham, Hannity, Carlson, Pirro and Martha M (as well as Dobbs and Bartiromo from Fox Business) need to be sent out to be matched from the Billionaires on this side of the aisle. Sister radio networks can include Gallagher, Limbaugh, Matt Boyle and Alex Marlowe...anyone else? No squishies allowed. Also perhaps Levin, he has seen the light...Thoughts?

Gramps, you misunderstand. Disney bought Fox’s movie business. Fox is keeping Fox News, Business, Network Studio and TV stations. In fact, it’s fairly old news when it was proposed several years ago or so. The DOJ gave the deal its OK and the split became final this week.
Fox News Channel profits $1 billion/year. Not bad for cable. The others can’t come close. While everyone here is in hysterics, life will somehow continue.
So now he’ll try to run Fox into the ground.

With Rupert aging and his sons trying to turn Fox News into another mainstream (a.k.a. left wing) media outlet, it is inevitable they will kill the goose that laid the golden egg.
Fox News flourished as a fair and balanced network. You could tell the news shows from the opinion shows. Partisan opinion hosts did not hide their political bias. They would put on people from both side of an issue to hash it out. They would call out BS and falsehoods.
How things have changed.
It is now hard to separate news from opinion. Take Shepard Smith - we came to love him for his news show. But now his news show is all about left wing politics. It is neither fair nor balanced and looks much more like an MSNBC or CNN production then a Fox News production. But it is not just Shepard Smith, have a look at some of their weekend news anchors - what a disaster, who do we trust.
It is not a matter of if the news anchors are left or right wing - we never used to be able to tell on Fox News. But now, there are many hosting news shows with their left wing fangs exposed.
