Its very unusual for us to be here at the same time. I watch a couple of eagles’ nests in the DC area and it did look very saturated. Hope you could stay inside today.
I found out there is supposed to be a nest closer to me than DC. Need to find it

Have you been to the U.S. Veterans Memorial Museum there in Huntsville yet? It’s a pretty nice one from what I’ve seen online and I hope to get down there soon to check it out.
We have a nice military museum up here, too, and we’re just an hour or so from Huntsville. If you’re into that sort of thing, it’s a mighty pretty drive between there and here. :-)
A couple of the folks who work at the one in Huntsville came up last fall to check out ours and I really need to get down there to check out theirs.
Yes I did, felt good. Got a tad worn out helping in different things.
Went home and rested. Felt good to actually be productive.
Got the three yard drum mounted tho. Mission accomplished. : )

Its good to know you also watch the ones in Decorah. Are you in their Facebook group? They post updates, pictures, videos, etc. I watch the “President & First Lady” nest and also the arboretum one there in DC. If there is another one, I’d love the link...and I’ll bet radu would too. :)

Doing OK. It’s the “Just Hangin’ Cafe” and that’s exactly what I’m doing. A quiet evening at home. Waiting for Spring. Still not here yet.

Oooooooh MAN!!! Lucky you! Ours are bouncing all over the place. Warmish one day, chilly the next, nights still dropping into the 30s too often.

Haven’t had the chance to really do anything between working and settling in. I will have to check out the museum when I get the chance
Decorah hatchings should start in a week or so. I check in on them but don’t follow them as closely as some of the others.

I'm doing good. It was rainy here so I'm looking forward to some sun. Taking off for 2.5 days, starting this weekend, with a sister to celebrate my birthday. We've been making it a yearly thing.

Yeah, think the last I heard, the first may start by end of the month. Except the first egg may have been damaged a couple of weeks ago. If so, then it’ll be April before the second hatches.
