Come on... just stop it. The office was in a incredibly dangerous situation when both the driver and passenger made a "break for it" after the felony stop.
If one of those bullets hitting the car during the drive by shooting killed Rose... we wouldn't be talking about this today. Truth be told, the lack of family intervention and Rose's poor life choices killed him. And we need that thin blue line to protect us from violent thugs.

Defense attorney said something to the effect “Someone woke up that morning and said “I’m going to kill someone” but it wasn’t Officer Rosfeld saying it”.
Yup. Agree with your post. Rose was 100% a willing participant in a drive-by. However, I expect the family will announce a civil suit any day now.
All the local stations and politicians, including the county sheriff had Rosfeld convicted before the trial.
Mayor Peduto (Wilhhelm Jr., after the NYC Social Justice Mayor) doesn't know what to do.
