In her new book Finding My Voice, out April 2, the Obama Foundation adviser takes readers on her journey from growing up in Chicago to being one of the Obamas' most trusted confidants in the White House. Here, she shares with Marie Claire some of the most formative experiences on her path to success.
Marie Claire: You lived in Iran until you were five. How did that shape your worldview?
Valerie Jarrett: We ended up in Iran because my father, who is African American, was unable to find a job at a teaching medical center in the United States in the 1950s. So he and my mom moved to Iran. It really was a metamorphosis for him because he was no longer an African American doctor, he was an American doctor.
How did that experience shape my view of the world? I am confident that when I walk into a room and I meet new people, regardless of their background, geography, race, religion, or gender identity, I can find something in common with them. We lived with other families from all over the world on a hospital compound. I learned how to speak French because I had a French playmate, and I learned Farsi because we were in Iran, and I learned English because my parents spoke English. Even with a language barrier, you can sit down with someone and find something in common.

True. She sat down and found common ground with the America-hating Iranians. After that it was easy to find another anti-American who could be easily manipulated to do Iran’s bidding, and, voila....throw in some voter fraud and we have President Barack Hussein Obama.

The real reason:
Her father, a pathologist and geneticist, ran a hospital for children in Shiraz in 1956 as part of a program where American physicians and agricultural experts sought to help in the health and farming efforts of developing countries.
Her parents are both of European and African-American descent. On the television series Finding Your Roots, DNA testing indicated that Jarrett is of 49% European, 46% African, and 5% Native American descent.
Like Hillary and Obama, she reinvents her personal history.

Valerie Jarrett was our first non-elected female president. Obama didn’t have the slightest inkling of what to do in the White House, so President Jarrett, a muslim traitor, ran our country into the ground. She should be in prison.
After the Iranian Coup d’etat in 1954, placing the Shah in control, I wonder what affiliation her father had with either the CIA or the Communists.
Actually when she was in Iran they did not hate Americans. That came after the Shah was ousted.She became a American hating socialist on her own.

100% correct you are. Think about it. Here was an unelected advisor to the president running the country, making policy decisions, shaping the country to her muslim/commie, Jew-hating, Iranian friendly, beliefs without any oversight or accountability. I always said if Hillary, Obama, and Jarrett stood in front of you & your gun only had 2 bullets, you shoot ValJar twice to make sure she’s dead.
She’s a monster trying to fake that she is a decent human being.
