Yes she is. If she says it is fact it is fact. If it is suspected but not factually proven she will state it as such. She is a reporter not a propagandist. She is a rare commodity in the world of the media.

Well, court filings are a matter of public record, and I imagine the Senators on certain committees had access to the same emails that Mueller did.

On it’s face, your comment is true. But what message are you trying to convey with it? Is it just a general observation, or are you saying that CH is wrong and some FReepers are singing her praises only because she is reporting something they agree with? The comment can taken either or both ways.
I accept what CH says as being as near the truth as is possible. She is Fox and is rejected by those who want conservative propaganda, a conservative CNN.
