Yup. We recently learnt that Dallas County put a hold on the wife's vehicle registration for a supposed 'red light violation' from almost two years ago.... Never even sent us a ticket or anything, didn't learn about it til we tried to register her car this year in a different county. Calling in, they don't give you any help and just keep trying to force you to pay the $100 ticket. It's ridiculous, and I highly doubt Rockwall is gonna give us any assistance fighting Dallas...
