It's Canada.

That is what they do, ship their trash to other countries.

And send their quarters down here so when you go to dry your last load you discover you are a quarter short. You then have to run across the road to the stop and rob and buy something unhealthy so you can get that last quarter.

Sadly since you are going to have to drive home you can not buy the beer that calls your name from the back cooler.
