Any cursory look at the Koran would clearly define Islam as such.
My fear is that the Left in the West will adopt or merge with Islamists’. They are natural allies.
Both are Totalitarian.
Both reject objective truth.
Both have and use the current culture/Media to leverage their “Victimhood” with Political correctness and Islamophobia.
The Left needs something or someone Sacred, a Prophet, something more than Gaia.
Islam needs the political culture of the Left and their ability to influence the masses.
If Islamic leaders would relax their position on LGBT issues and adopt some climate change stance, it will be just a matter of time.

It’s spot on. Islam spreads by a coordinated strategy, relying on “moderate” pathfinders as well as terrorism, bribery, threats etc.
The weak leaders in targeted regions are usually cowed and submit, leading their betrayed people into Islam’s grasp.
