Same company also was major contractor for manifold military contracts in the Middle East dating back to the Gulf War more than 25 years at the trough and no one in the mainstream media has blinked. Blum now easily a billionaire.

borden is 24 miles north of fresno and 3 miles south of madera.
corcoran is 50 miles south of fresno and 64 miles north of bakersfield.
if the CA HSR is going from borden to corcoran, it seems in actuality nothing significantly more than a BART for fresno.
also it seems as if it would be likely to cause a mini real estate boom along its path...

At this point I want the fedral government to come in and investigate the whole project. I suspect we will find massive fraud in how the monies were spent and in how contracts were rewarded. I also suspect we will find that major developers bought up land in the area that stops were proposed will in advance of the start of the project. this was all a sheam to rob California by politicians in Sacramento.
