This is an insult to both marijuana users and people with mental health issues, neither of which would be a lone cause of violence and the desire to murder a 65 year old Jewish woman.

How stupid can you be? First you let in a huge population of military age men without much in the way of families. Then you give them free housing, welfare, etc. They reward you by creating "no-go" zones that even your cowardly cops refuse to enter, thus effectively ending France's possession of those territories.
