Mbps is megabits and MBps is megabytes. They would have had to have the $200/mth plan of 500Mbps plan to match 60MBps that USB 2 is rated at.
There’s all sorts of other tech differences between USB/Web as well, like packet size etc.
We were off the grid for 5 years and just got back on the grid a couple of years ago but we live in the boonies so yeah, I probably am not up to date in city IP speeds. DSL or sat are the choices here. Our DSL does 10Mbps down, 0.8 Mbps up and is the second fastest plan and costs us $65/mth which barely allows us to stream TV. (with 4 of us surfing at the same time)
Well, he may have a point with that then. I would expect more latency with greater distance but not less bandwidth, but I’m no expert.

The DNC has never allowed the FBI access to their server. Instead, DNC said they had a private third party expert look at the server, thereby completely compromising any sort of chain of custody. Kinda makes you wonder how they could get away with that. But then...... never mind.

As I have mentioned before - it concerned me to see AG Barr state/agree that the Russians hacked the DNC server.
Very grateful for the ways that Roger Stone and Jerome Corsi have fought back. I still think this case (or very significant parts of it) will eventually come before the Supreme Court.
A lot of you think like me that Trump is at the forefront of a change in the course of our Nation. I sure hope that he is still in office when the related litigation reaches the high court.

That was my first reaction. But from Barr's point of view:

Doing so throws mud at the Russians, but they cannot be punished.

Seth Rich did it. He was a Bernie supporter and found out that his employer, the DNC, cooperated with Hillary to screw the old Communist, so he copied the data and leaked it...and ended up dead a couple days later.

I have assumed from the start that Rich was the source and that’s why wikileaks offered the reward. As I said, I don’t believe they were hacked, I believe it was an internal exfiltration—and yes, likely by Rich.
