Not quite Filipino balut. These were cooked like soft boiled eggs with feathers and beaks.
“Birds” is just that, whole birds popped into the oven or into clay cooking jars over a fire. I was skeptical at first because the feathers were still on but ate one. Then another. They are pretty good.
Yeah I have a rooster too just so I can get new baby chicks every 21 days
I started with a dozen and within a few months I had 45
I had so many eggs I didn’t know what to do with them all.
And you actually feel healthier eating them. It makes me wonder what on earth is in store-bought eggs.
I see casinos filled with elderly patrons throwing money away.
this is about the made up idea called food insecurity.
There is no longer hunger so the demons who ramp up drama for issue of the day now say that if you dont have x amount of food in the house you are food insecure.
Which is most of the Western world. Many countries like France and Italy shop daily.
Food insecurity was another means that now most public schools feed people all summer, first by feeding the children and now anyone in town can stop by and be fed.
Food insecurity is why there are back packs send home each friday, instead of looking at the root cause, why the parents are not feeding their children: drugs, alcohol, neglect, abuse.
That right there is some seriously wacky dialog.
