News we might have missed. Last week Catherine Engelbrecht announced a historic legal victory in her decade long battle against the IRS for targeting her group, True The Vote, as part of the Obama administration’s weaponization program against political opposition.
U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton issued a stunning ruling (full pdf below) in favor of True the Vote, and penalized the IRS. Judge Walton forced the IRS to pay maximum attorney’s fees due to discrimination against the conservative organization that stemmed from the Lois Lerner scandal. The financial award is likely to exceed $2 million.

They used to say the Govt types couldn’t be personally be held liable for their actions because you wouldn’t get any ‘decent’ people to run or work for the Govt
We can see how all that worked out, basically starting with the if we don’t pay them more, good people won’t run, again, how did that work out?

Not enough money for what this poor woman went through. She should also be awarded lois lerner’s head on a pike.
Needs to be publicized loudly and widely but it is just the tip of the iceberg of the IRS crimes by obunghole.
Lerner is laughing at you and all the rest of us. Her behavior does not bother her one whit.
In mind, I am laughing at her.
She is a virtual hermit and True the Vote has 2 Million dollars.
That puts a smile on my face.
Joe Biden said on The View that there were no scandals in the Obama Administration. So he means that putting the tax payers on the hook to pay $2 million for the attorneys of True The Vote doesn’t count as a scandal.

Impossible, the one thing Barry is most proud of is that there wasn’t a single scandal under his watch. So I guess this didn’t happen.
