The cost of defending against lawsuits is high. The court system is weaponized. Defendants incur costs to defend themselves against frivolous lawsuits. Many defendants, who are clearly in the right, can’t afford the litigation and knuckle under. The left wins because the social justice organizations and leftist dominated agencies of the bureaucracy have deep pockets.
Will the poofters soon start painting “Christian: Don’t shop here!” on the windows of those who resist their perverted demands? Start demanding a mark Christians will not take for buying and selling?
(Obviously they won’t bother Muslims.)
This is a very straightforward case of conspiracy to violate civil rights.
Now that it’s established that the homos do not just want to be left alone, let’s have a public policy debate on what to do with them. I say exile is a good solution - they’ll be fine in Germany or some other country where their nasty habits are welcome.

They can and should countersue not just the plaintiffs themselves, but everyone involved in causing the plaintiffs to launch serial harassment suits.
The plaintiffs are well aware that if they harassed a Muslim-owned business in this fashion, they would be immediately killed by a "lone-wolf" Jihadi. Better to pick a safe target who will not be allowed to effectively defend themselves.
Muslims are on the "approved" list, exempt from criticism. Christians are not.
The plaintiffs and defendants are located in a Democrat-controlled State where many officials approve of harassing Christians and will protect and encourage others to do so. The "Colorado Civil Rights Commission" is an explicit instance of this policy. It is one of many.
Legal systems are completely irrelevant at this point.
Begs the question of where these homos are getting the money to spend on frivolous suits.
Masterpiece Cakeshop should counter-sue for damages x 5 and not just against the gays suing him - he should find out who's financially backing these lawsuits and sue them for 10x damages and a restraining order preventing them from filing further suits.
