A huge amount of the trash is from illegal alien “business” dumping garbage from cleanup, roofing, construction and landscape work on the streets or other people’s property rather than proper, safe disposal in the appropriate garbage disposal facility or landfill to save money and allow them undercut legit companies on price. Lots of nasty and toxic stuff is getting dumped, poured down sewers or dumped into streams or the ocean.
California work and environmental Rey’s make it crazy expensive to dispose of many types of waste so it gets dumped with no controls or environmental controls by illegals with nothing to lose regardless of public safety.
If the illegals get caught, they never show up in court and just go out and get a new fake identity ( unless they already have several) and go out and do it again

California has a 10 percent sales tax. Huge fees for things like autos, real estate, etc. A real crap hole called California income tax.
It’s only a matter of time until they run out of other peoples money to spend.
