There is an infamous bootleg tape of Buddy Rich chewing out his band on the tour bus after wht Rich considered a miserable performance. Rich was a pefectionist and demanded the very best from his band so there was at least some rationale behind his outburst. I suspect the only rationale behind a Biden outburst is that his staff aren't lying, dissembling or manipulating to his expectations. It would be a hoot to be a fly on the wall.
