Thug Steals Dad’s Car With His Kids Inside – He Chose The WRONG Dad

What would YOU do if someone ever hurt or tried to take away your kids? We know what THIS dad did.

Most everyone at some point has said some version of the claim — if anyone ever laid a finger on (_____) they would wish they had never been born.

Fortunately, most of us never have to find out how seriously we do (or do not) really mean those words. But every so often, bad things happen and bad people come along to hurt our loved ones.

In this case, the loved ones were rescued, and the bad guy was caught. That was VERY bad news for the bad guy.

The violent ordeal began around 9 p.m. when a 25-year-old woman parked her Hyundai sedan outside a pizza shop on 29th and Dauphin streets in North Philadelphia.

The woman left her three young children inside the running car as she went inside to visit her boyfriend, who was an employee at the restaurant and the father of two of the kids, police said.

Suddenly, a 54-year-old man jumped into her car and sped off with the children, who are between the ages of 7 months and 5 years old, strapped inside, according to investigators. Source: NBC

Dad chased after the vehicle, catching up as it got stuck in traffic. He pulled the kidnapper/carjacker out of the car and started kicking the crap out of him.

Bystanders joined in. He was beaten into unconsciousness at the scene.

He was rushed to the hospital, but by that point, badguy was too far gone. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The kids, we are pleased to say, were unharmed.

A decision on whether charges will be laid has not yet been determined.

While mom effed up big time leaving her kids in the car in the first place. But at least this story has a happy ending. In this case the "baby daddy" seems like a responsible, loving father. He deserves the Congressional Medal of Honor.

I don’t think he should be charged with murder.

But the crowd should. They had no legal standing at all.

We have to be very careful in celebrating mob justice.

You don’t get the Congressional Medal of Honor for that. Just a raise, a great big hand from neighbors, and a hug for everyone. Good man getting the job done.

Agree. Any sensible grand jury would “no bill” the Dad. But any bystander should simply call the police, not take part in the interaction.

Because the libtard mobs are already operating.

Step back thank walk this through. I'm no lawyer so I can't venture an opinion about legal standing, BUT... If a family looks after itself, a community can look after itself, and a country. I don't think the legal system is the answer in all cases.

In this case the community came together and the problem was solved, and a valuable lesson, learned on the spot, was given to others about thieving. A guy broke the law and he paid the price for his crime. I don't think this was mob justice, nor vigilantism. It was just men doing what men do, and sometimes that is direct and brutal.

The thing about mob justice is that it can be visited on ANYONE.

Liberals, conservatives, white, black.

Anyone and for anything if unchecked.

Whipping a dudes ass is one thing, but when you stomp on him when hes down, no longer a threat, then you just became the executioner.

And that’s not how we do things.

You’re right, I can excuse the Father, but the rest of the mob were just wilding, and that doesn’t bode well for society.

Fifty-four year old men are not in the demographic of the typical car thief; they are in the demographic if child traffickers.

I would not indict him. Besides you can more prove the crowd killed this guy than the father. (More opportunities to attack).

The dad deserves a parade but I know the totalitarian, feminazi government will charge and convict him.

It needed to be said again. In the whole history of the world it has been only slaves are not allowed to defend themselves, do our dear leaders consider us slaves?

Hillary did say it takes a village. One could argue the village showed up.

Whipping a dudes ass is one thing, but when you stomp on him when hes down, no longer a threat, then you just became the executioner.

Don't know about the law in other states, but in Texas you can use force - including deadly force - to defend yourself or an innocent third party. You don't have to be related to the innocent third party. So bystanders have 'standing' if they think that the children were at risk - a reasonable assumption if they realized the car had been stolen, but not automatic if they just see two guys fighting.

However, your right to use force - including deadly force - stops when the threat is eliminated, not when the guy is beaten to death. As soon as they saw that the thief was no longer a threat, their 'right' to join in goes away - as well as the right of the baby daddy to continue the fight.

That's what juries are for, to determine whether the facts supported the father's attack, or that of the bystanders. I would hope that the baby daddy gets off because the emotions of having his kids at risk are intense enough that it would be hard to tell for sure when the thief was incapable of getting up again and trying to get away (taking the children). But for the bystanders . . . I don't want mobs like that in my society.
