The magazine has tape visible all over it, so presumably he had two magazines taped together for quick reloading. His t-shirt is also riding up well above his waist, so he some kind of belt on under it or something tucked in his waistband, as well as visibly bulging pockets.

I think it looks like one of those tan tapco type magazines, not tape. As far as shirt, it looks like the right hand side of his shirt is tucked in. Perhaps to hide the extra magazines? Seems like you would see the butt of the magazine printing on the shirt.
The pants do not seem to be weighed down, and with even one ak mag, those pants should be weighed down as 30-40rds of 7.62 weigh quite a bit.
Also, as I noted earlier, I suggest he needed at least 3 magazines to do the damage he did. Two magazines hid on his person? Maybe, but at this point why hide the magazines? I mean if you are stepping out of your car with an AK in hand, why all the fuss about hiding the spare mags?

I dont believe babyface on left is just an old photo of the guy on the right. Both are about the same age.
With the child photos of Trayvon Martin, you could still see the same features that matured into the older Trayvon.

If the guy in the right is the official released mugshot, does that mean the photo on the left from social media is the wrong guy but has the same name?
But the WalMart still photos —holding the gun— look like babyface guy on the left ??

I’m so sorry you were dragged shopping with your mom, but shopping for your wife is a whole entirely different thing! Knowing you, I’m sure that’s one extremely pleasurable experience.
Personally, I like to shop for myself, by myself. For one thing, my husband feels about shopping the way mrsmel’s husband feels about it. Plus, I like to surprise him. ;)
How far is ElPaso from the Mexican border? One would think, if immigrant invaders were the targets one wanted, all one would have to do is dig a hole near the border with lots of ammo and wait. No cops nearby. Shooting innocents in Walmart is just monstrous. Defending our border, IMO, isn’t.
We’ll never know the truth about the Vegas shooting either.
