Twitter locked accounts belonging to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's and several prominent conservatives Monday, after they posted videos of left-wing protesters gathered outside McConnell's Kentucky home -- with one demonstrator calling for someone to stab McConnell "in the heart" and for McConnell to break his "raggedy" neck.
The episode prompted the McConnell campaign, known as "Team Mitch," to slam Twitter for political bias, saying the social media platform had effectively blamed the victim.
Meanwhile, observers noted, Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro remains active on Twitter, even after he posted the names of San Antonio residents who donated to Trump.
“This morning, Twitter locked our account for posting the video of real-world, violent threats made against Mitch McConnell," McConnell campaign manager Kevin Golden said in a statement. "This is the problem with the speech police in America today."
McConnell, 77, has been resting at home since tripping on his patio fracturing his shoulder on Sunday -- and the Team Mitch account posted images showing him at his residence.
In the wake of this weekend's deadly mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, the hashtag "Massacre Mitch" trended on Twitter -- and some activists took their case to McConnell's residence.

There is. It’s called Parler. Most conservatives have moved there but still use Twitter. I closed my Twitter account but even if you aren’t joined you can follow the President’s tweets. A lot of well known conservatives (Dan Bongino, Laura Loomer, Sheriff Clarke) are already there.

I’ll do you one better. Social media needs to be broken up by topic. Politics is to have its own area for chat. No left and right wing and no censors. You want to go there and call Obama a monkey, it cannot be censored nor your account suspended.
That will fix this problem.
Sounds like Mitch needs to give the Twitter management the hearing of their nightmares; one that will go on until they need depends and they are reduced to incoherence.
And if we don’t think Twitter will shut down Trump’s account around August of 2020, we aren’t paying attention. It’s his only way to combat the MSM and get out the truth before the election. Twitter won’t let that happen.
Yep, they didn’t exactly think that one through. Plus now the story is much more publicized than it would’ve been had they not suspended him.
I don’t know what Mitch is waiting for. I think removing anti-trust protection from Twitter should now be very high on the agenda.

Because they have backing of a massive leftist machine infesting every level of the governing/economic hierarchy. Any competitor would be dealing with the very same resistance that President Donald Trump deals with daily. How many are going to survive that.
Plus as soon as the competitor does become visible, they are targeted for takeover or destruction.
So it's just not as simple as it sounds.
One call from the machine and the new competitor is denied ISP access, banking services and subject to IRS persecution.
Put a member we pick in control of your operation? Maybe we'll buy you out. Make you a millionaire, shut down your operation but roll the brand into our machine. Never mind those jobs, we have some friends who will do it...

At first, I thought you wanted a donut. Okay, sometimes I’m slow.
When the last conservative is shut out of the public debate forum we’ll still have people on FR saying let the “free market” work it out.
We dumped our facebook account when they started to suspend and drop Christians and Christian churches and websites. I never was on Fitter or any of those sites. I don’t go to any of the initials news sites either. I come to FR to get my news posts to let me know about the important stuff nationally. To hell with the whole bunch of them. If you keep supporting them, they grow. Leftists run all those sites anyway. Why give them the money? They make their bucks off everyone using their sites, thus they can charge the big advertising bucks on their sites, etc. I am not into giving money to the commies as best as I can. Sometimes you cannot avoid it if you want to get things done. But if there is another way, I use the other way instead of helping their side. Pains me that we do not have rich conservatives that will come up with web sites like Twitter (my Fitter above), facebook, etc. Why can’t outside do things like that? Trump is super rich, why can’t he create Trump Talk or something and we can use that. There are enough of us to support it and then WE can stop their fools from using our system like they do to us.
