this is one of jerry browns gifts to the people of california. They don’t want to build more prisons so they release people who should be in prison and they hide past crimes from judges to lessen sentences.
We have gone from 3 strikes with a minimum of 25 years for third felony to early releases for violent gang members with psych problems.

Court records show the gang member accused of fatally stabbing four people in Southern California was free on bail for a charge that included carrying a concealed knife.
Orange County Superior Court records show Zachary Castaneda was charged less than a month ago with the offense along with drug charges. He was free on a $20,000 bond.
Police say Castaneda stabbed four people and wounded two others Wednesday in Garden Grove. They say he is a gang member with a violent criminal record and served time in prison.
Records show Castaneda was on bail at the time of his arrest last month for alleged crimes in June of gang vandalism and drug possession

I have a Cutco knife set consisting of 18 unbelievably sharp kitchen knives, along with 12 dangerously sharp steak knives. I could completely debone a cape water buffalo with one of my Cutco pairing knives—seriously LOL! The large knife block on my kitchen counter looks a little scary.
When the Rat Fascists start trying to take away our knives, I’ll probably end up on some anti-MAGA government watch list.
