Not as if the 16th doesn’t violate ala (economic) slavery (by degree(s)\tier(s))

The 16th itself vs. 4th & 5th (one MUST sign-away their 5th A. Rights to even file, IIRC), let alone IRS can lien\freeze all assets w/o a trial)
