Yup. Much of it IS mental health. I believe many become anesthetized to violence from being bombarded with blood and guts watching tv and playing gory video games. It would be nice if producers self policed their films against graphic violence.

They’ve proven the MK ULTRA program has evolved quite well from the original experiments.
