Weird. Maybe he was just tired & confused from all the touring.
However, if this reflects a deeper problem, concerned voters should take his advice.

The problem with Joe is enthusiasm. For 2016, Hillary took around 65.8-million votes, for 2012 with Obama, he took 65.9 million. I would question how Joe even maneuvers above 60-million. There’s just no real enthusiasm for him, and I would suggest the same for Warren.
Doesn’t matter what puppet the Dems put up, they will still get a disturbing percentage of votes come next November.

No time for Biden, but I do feel sympathy for him. They guy is clearly no longer functioning mentally and it’s sad watching thim deteriorate on TV every day. It appears the Dummyrats have forced him into running.
