LOLOLOLOL! Yeah, carbon free. Certainly there were no harmful by products produced or used in the manufacturing of the sailing vessel or any of it's gear. For the "carbon credits", that's akin to me giving some random person $5.00 to not eat so I can eat 2 gallons of ice cream. As to the "act now or we will!". Sounds like a threat to me. Uh, by the way, how is this abused child getting home?

If she really cared about the climate she would kill herself—otherwise she is going to be flying around the world complaining about the “crisis” for years.

I find her energy off putting and sinister, but at least she took a boat?

Whose sock puppet is this foreign twit? I'd guess someone whose name is Esperanto for 'to rise above'...

She could have made a digital appearance with no carbon used but the carbon use didn’t matter

How much do you believe in that which you spout and your inferred threats?
Do you just give lip service for selfish and self-centered reasons, or are you willing to back that up with your threats of some nebulous forms of action?
Inquiring minds want to know...

As soon as I see palm trees growing in Greenland I’ll be convinced. Until then - meh - I’d like to ask those folks what caused the last ice age and what caused it to end?

I’d like to see these activists taken to the mat every time they bring up ‘carbon offsets’ or ‘carbon credits’. Besides being an admission of the whole thing being a shell game, it’s also an admission that more could be done for the environment, but they’re not doing it unless they need to buy an indulgence. If they really cared about the Earth as much as they say they do, there would be no offsets or credits to be had because they were already part of the effort.

Dear Greta, being so young and ignorant (is that just your pitiful education or is that willful) you seem to think the rest of us will just role over for your propaganda and acquiesce to you bullying tactics. Ain’t going to happen, and do remember the line about the Tree of Liberty.

".... System change, not climate change...."This is all one needs to know about the climate change agitators and activists.
Their real goal is not preventing the climate from changing but of implementing the decades-long wet dream of the democRATic Socialists, the Socialist Revolution.
Replacing capitalism with socialism as our economic system.

Her boat is probably made of carbon fiber. Carbon fiber is manufactured by refining oil to obtain acrylonitrile and then spinning this acrylonitrile and baking the spun yarn. Due to the high baking temperature of 1000℃ or more, 20 tons of CO2 are emitted to manufacture 1 ton of carbon fiber. "Environmentally friendly boat" my ass.
