Even in our local VA Hospital in small town rural Oregon, they insist on hiring a non veteran woman to boss the veteran workers. My son works in the kitchen and his work life is tormented by this woman boss. There was an incident that happened a while back to his supervisor boss, right under this non veteran woman boss and he has quit and lodged a complaint and it is being taken serious this time.
When my son asked if he could apply for that supervisor job, she told him, "the job is only for a woman and my friend, Mary, will be getting that job."
I disagree with #19. There are fathers so toxic that virtually any other situation would be an improvement over him being around. If every one you know is better than that, I’m happy for you, but it does suggest you don’t get around much.
Gender is a grammatical construct, not a social-cultural-psychological construct.
English only has three genders:
1. masculine
2. feminine
3. neuter
Choose one.
That was true, until about 25 years ago, when it started to become redefined. Today, it’s in dictionaries as a social-cultural-psychological construct. All that means is that it is all in the mind.
The real problem comes from the conflation of “sex” and “gender”. That makes rational discussion of the related topics impossible. If you force “them” to adhere to the (current) definitions; then, you can get somewhere. If “they” say: “there are 27 genders” — simply point out that there are only two sexes.

I agree with the rest but this one is wrong! There are in fact only two SEXES, male and female. There are in fact THREE genders, masculine, feminine and neuter but the word gender properly applies ONLY to PRONOUNS! Living, breathing persons are of the male or female SEX, not one of any number of genders.
I am 75 and was taught in grade school NEVER to use the word gender to apply to a person the term gender, which was masculine, feminine or neuter, was understood to apply only to pronouns and anything to the contrary would bring you a low grade and a serious reprimand from the teacher.

I added the first verb you left out, fixed the issues of the second imprecise verb and its incorrect tense, rearranged the order of your complaints, took out unneeded words bloating your post, and trimmed it into one sentence. Something about glass houses comes to mind.
