It really is pathetic that any post that mentions Ted Cruz brings out the haters on FR. Predictable. Pathetic. And always the same pathetic FReepers who refuse to move on. Really pathetic.

The Demoncrap den of iniquity for Texas is Austin. That’s where the Republicans need to bring it big in Nov. 2020, hit them where the poison root flourishes.

The Obama planned demographic invasion of the Southern tier of states proceeds apace. The Dems think they have California and New Mexico, with Arizona and Texas to follow. Republicans need to bring the fight to them there in ways that have not been tested, getting out the Republican vote based on the President’s factual record, ignored and obscured by the fake news MSM.

Americas generally do not vote according to hatred. But they do vote for national security, the second amendment, our booming economy, and the momentum of winning for America.

But it will be a fight, and so when have Republican Texans ever shied away from a fight?

Remember the Alamo, and get on with it!

Keep Texas and America free from the burgeoning socialista hegemony! The Dems have nothing good planned for either Texas or the country entire. What they propose is a totalitarian state which they think to make palatable with the sugar of false virtue signaling and identity politics.

You can read about the larger plan right here, one of the most informative historical documents published on the subject:

“Barack Obama: The Quintessential Liberal Fascist”

Stop blaming Cruz for the massive election fraud the Demonic-rats are committing. They are shameless in their corruption now.

Trump had the smallest margin of victory in TX since Perot divided up the GOP vote twice in 1992 and 1996:

Historical elections

Presidential elections, 2000-2016

This chart shows the results of the presidential election in Texas every year from 2000 to 2016.

Election results (President of the United States), Texas 2000-2016[5][6]
Year First-place candidate First-place candidate votes (%) Second-place candidate Second-place candidate votes (%) Margin of victory (%)
2016 Republican Party Donald Trump 52.23% Democratic Party Hillary Clinton 43.24% 8.99%
2012 Republican Party Mitt Romney 57.17% Democratic Party Barack Obama 41.38% 15.79%
2008 Republican Party John McCain 55.45% Democratic Party Barack Obama 43.68% 11.77%
2004 Republican Party George W. Bush 61.09% Democratic Party John Kerry 38.22% 22.87%
2000 Republican Party George W. Bush 59.30% Democratic Party Al Gore 37.98% 21.32%

Trump did what he had to do to win the Midwest. But he needs to aggressively counter the media's slander that he is either racist or anti-Hispanic.

2014 4,217,268 total votes cast 2018 8,343,443 total votes cast

4,126,175 increase? 1mil more people registered per year?

Did anyone question that?

So...
Trump takes Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan last election...but NOW.... I’m supposed to believe that a Democrat will win Texas in the next election...while the economy of Texas is booming?

Uh, ok....

I don’t think these were new registrations. ~8.3m and ~9m voters showed up in 2012 and 2016, respectively. In 2018, both parties showed up like it was a presidential year. Abbott got almost 1.9m more votes than he did in 2014. Unfortunately, Valdez got 1.7m more votes than Davis in 2014.

The Hispanic community has made historic gains during the Trump Administration

“While Democrat candidates remain oblivious and out of touch, Americans – especially in Texas – are taking note of the positive impact that President Trump and Republicans’ pro-growth, pro-business policies are having on American families and businesses.”

Cruz is right, and his 2018 returns are the proof. TX is in imminent danger of a hostile takeover by totalitarians.

I haven’t heard of a single conservative interested in primarying Cornyn after what happened to poor Steve Stockman in 2014.

We can’t be sure of that at all. The “blue” counties are a minority in number but a huge vote total.
