Who’s going to pay for it?
Read the article before you touch the keyboars]d!!!!!!!
I read it and still don’t understand what was done, if anything?
Did he sign something at McDonald, because I see Ronald McDonald on the right clapping?
One of the things he has done is allow Vets to get outside medical help if the wait for VA Hosp treatment is too long.
I know that, but that was more than a year ago.
I don’t see what this signing is about?
I didn’t read the entire article, perhaps it is explained there.
Say what?
Why is everyone, including Trump, promising to keep the pre-existing condition protections of the ACA?
Biggest take away is going after Medicare Fraud and all the other government administered med programs fraud.
Then they stuck the FAUX opioid crap in there. It’s all based on Chris Christie’s recommendations that Robert Redfield be CDC Director...he has a vendetta on pain meds. Because his Stupid Musician son 37 OD’d on Heroin laced with Fentanyl.
Andrew Kolodny is a Addiction Shrink head of PROP SUBOXONE pusher, plays on all sides of the field for profit.
So all GOP repeat the same FREAKING LIES along with the dems to con money from the feds for their broke states who treat addicts, but NOT Patients who are now treated as criminals because they need pain meds. Try being a Veteran who got blown up by a IED and need debridement of burns with NO PAIN MEDS. Or have gut wounds. They need life long pain meds.
New pain guidelines when out, but doctors are scared shitless to write a pain script. Not even for Post surgery. Most of the crap was for Private Ins.
Medicare still won’t cover dental, eye glasses, hearing aids, or wheelchairs of either type. Anything they deem Cosmetic comes out of your Pocket. And that crap 1.6% SS COLA raise 99% goes to Medicare. If you are also Tricare Life (Retried Military over 65) your Co-Pays will go up wiping any money SS does give you.
Big issues with pre-existing conditions is private ins doesn’t want to cover them. By the time you are 50 you have pre-existing conditions or were born with them. Private Ins has basically stopped paying for Pain meds even post surgery. Tylenol is what you will get.
This EO does NOT fix that.
The doctors are afraid to prescribe ANY pain meds. But in Britain, I went to a walk-in/emergency room as the pain in my leg was unbearable. I was afraid it was a blood clot from flying there. They determined no blood clot and told me to take paracetamol.......basically aspirin. For a couple of days I could hardly bear weight on my leg. Then it started to go away. Not a fun trip, but Socialized Medicine is way worse than our medicine here. I HOPE I would have been prescribed some sort of pain med here..
Aspirin is a NO, NO for my GI tract. Only 2 pain meds agree with my system NORCO and Dilaudid IV.
I cannot take NORCO-Hydrocodone. It gives me nightmares and makes me very irritable. I had a surgery in May. It was a serious surgery and the Neurosurgeon prescribed NORCO. I told him that I didnt like that medication and he said thats what we prescribe. I took it one day and was up with nightmares and was a mess the whole next day. No, no NORCO for me. It is now on my allergic list.
I have horrid puking issues with Vicodin. We all react differently to meds. Morphine is like having a heart attack, Fenatayl slows my heart to much.
