The joke is that all of Poland is Islamophobic since the country bans migrant Muslim invaders.

But Poland has been that way since the days of Jan Sobieski. It’s a healthy frame of mind, IMO.

That isn't true either. From 1683 until 2004 (at least), Poland was actually welcoming to Muslims. It's own Muslims, the Tatars, were loyal Poles - they fought AGAINST the Turks in 1683, even though it was fighting fellow Sunni Muslims (incidentally, the Calvinist Hungarians fought against Catholic Austria and Catholic Hungarians), the Tatar Muslims also fought on the side of Poland against Moscow, against the Germans and in the various Polish uprisings (Kościuszko, 1831,1848,January, October etc.) and were key in Piłsudski's Legions that got polish independence in 1918. The Tatar Muslims are highly, highly integrated - Sienkiewicz (of Quo Vadis fame) was of Tatar origin partly. I was recently in Supraśl which is in the eastern corner of Poland and ate at a Tatar restaurant and was flummoxed when the owner (very nice lady) who was Tatar, when talking of things, used a very Polish Catholic interjection "Matko Bosko!" (Mother of God!) -- now that's a term I never expected to hear a Muslim say!! anyway, so Poles had no problem with THEIR Muslims. But they see the Muslims in the West and now do NOT want any Middle Eastern Muslims or Pakis.
