GW Bush would have been impeached by now. He would have cooperated every step of the way and said “thank you” as he was walking out the door.

Of course, they don’t. That’s why they’re indulging in this “impeachment inquiry”. The whole thing is illegal, and gives the president zero rights. If I were Trump, I wouldn’t allow ANYONE in the administration to testify. Let them vote for impeachment. Then the p president can subpoena witnesses and have the right to all evidence against him. What they’re doing now is outrageous.
Giuliani never pressed anyone to investigate Biden. The Ukrainians contacted him though our State Department and turned evidence of the DNC and Clinton campaign’s illegal solicitation and receipt of the fake Steele dossier over to him prior to the release of the Mueller report. Included with this evidence was the additional evidence of Joe Biden’s bribing their government to have the Ukrainian prosecutor, Victor Shokin, fired before he could complete his investigation into Burisma, his son’s company. This all happened well before April 25, 2019 when Biden declare his candidacy for President.
Hopefully, this was all picked up by AG William Barr so he can do a full US investigation of this evidence.

Lying fake news by the vast media-DNC-spook complex. These are NOT subpoenas, but requests. To report otherwise is deliberate falsehood for propaganda purposes to mislead the ignorant and control their base.
There are no “hearings” and there are no subpoenas.
Send them a red hot poker and let them sit on it and spin.

this is a powerful and gutsy move by Giuliani, because:
1. If the Dems fail to pursue their demand/request, it shows how powerless they are and what a sham their “investigation” really is, and
2. if the Dems DO pursue their demand/request in the courts, it’ll tie them up pretty much forever, AND move the news coverage off of Trump and onto Giuliani ...
