The Constitution means nothing to these SOBs.
Presidential Pardon Power needs to be expanded and even to pardoning persons on stage charges.
That would indeed trigger a case before the Supreme Court but this is the time to test the case.

They won’t even charge the perp. Just shine it on. The other thing is they revoke the law, the damage has already been done, and nobody gets released from jail, or has their life made whole, and righteous again. It’s a screw you law.

That’s actually a reason to go on a fishing expedition. If they find some contradiction and question someone on it, a perjury charge is independent of a crime they’re pardoned for. And refusing to hand over all information to be fished is already being equated to obstruction of justice, a different crime than the theoretical original.
Democrats are destroying due process at its core to tear down Trump.
The tragedy here is that the separate sovereigns situation was already upheld recently by the supreme court.

Thousands are fleeing that pitiful excuse of a state because of the high taxes and Leftist leadership, but they waste their time suing the President. Think of all the taxes he has had to pay to this political cesspool, and this is how he is treated. Shameful.

That’s why Trump will lose. There is no reason to follow a Constitution no one else follows. He does it out of fear and respect for there power, while he neglects his own. He is portrayed as a monster, it’s time that he becomes it. He should adopt the same philosophy and start rounding up these people as domestic enemies. Impose martial law, suspend the constitution and execute them all!
