Baby body parts testimony brings jury to tears

There's been a "game-changer" at the California civil trial in which Planned Parenthood is suing the investigators whose undercover videos exposed the abortion industry's scheme to profit from the sale of baby body parts.

For the first time, jurors were allowed to see portions of the videos that were released in 2015.

The videos -- featuring Planned Parenthood executives making admissions on hidden camera -- caused a furor that caught the attention of lawmakers.

California regulators shut down businesses that had been buying body parts, and two congressional committees referred companies and individuals for possible prosecution. The committees cited a federal law that bans profiting from the sale of body parts.

In the California case, Planned Parenthood is seeking $16 million in damages from the Center for Medical Progress videographers, alleging violations of privacy laws.

The defendants, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, argue the videos were made in a public restaurant where their conversations could be overheard.

‘Planning parenthood’ involves not having unprotected sex unless you plan on becoming a parent. That is clearly not the focus of Planned Parenthood.

1973 USSC - Roe vs. Wade

Since state sanctioned abortion began in 1973, Dr. Brian Clowes, director of education and research at Human Life International, estimates that there have been more than 1.72 billion abortions!

And the trend is not lessening but growing exponentially as more and more countries embrace and legalize contraception and abortion as methods of population control, which is always sold as “family planning” and “reproductive health.”

"And in her was found the blood of Prophets, and of Saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth."

In 1400 years, Islam in second place, only murdered 1/5 as many.

All other causes of death in recorded history, whether wars, diseases, or dictators, pale into insignificance.

Yes, and worse, not allow the liberators to present the evidence of the mass murder in court. Which is exactly what this judge has been doing until just yesterday!

Truly these are evilest of people in these most evil times.

In the old days, this was what was known as “investigative journalism”. Something not done much nowadays as the major networks are just lazy pr agencies for the DNC.

True.

A strategy employed by the defense, as explained in the update linked above, was to show how unconcerned the PP representative ( who was "secretly recorded" ) was of being overheard by any of the waiters or bus boys during the conversation of PP illegally procuring and providing these baby's body parts to others for financial gain.

The judge was then forced to allow the jury to view the video, not because of evidence of the illegal sale of body parts, which he would not allow, but to provide evidence of said unconcern of the PP representative to being overheard during the conversation.

Quite brilliant and perhaps it will improve the chances of other videos being allowed as evidence. May it open a door for the public to see yet unseen undercover videos said to be even more shocking!

Sounds like their case is going well In spite of the judge

“ Judge William Orrick is hearing the case under a cloud.

He was on the board of a community organization and negotiated a no-fee lease for Planned Parenthood in the community center he helped run.”

California regulators shut down businesses that had been buying body parts...

Why aren't the sellers being charged and prosecuted?

Baby body parts testimony brings jury to tears

Many Germans were reduced to tears after being perp walked past the ovens.

We've had 40+ years to dry our tears; so what's the big deal now?

No, only 7 of them. Rehnquist and White dissented.

I find many today are easily reduced to tears when something disturbs their "safe-space". Their PC fantasy hasn't really prepared them to face reality. A meltdown is the only way they have to dealing with it. Most ignore a matter until forced to do so. And when good people ignore evil, evil is left to thrive.
