The NYC rats want you to believe that these inmates are in for petty crimes and marijuana arrests, they are hardened gang members, rapists and pedophiles who kill and rape each other and will do the same to you and your family. The correction agency is a non generating revenue agency, it consumes large amounts of money. By opening the gates and letting them all go leaves them with big money to spend and pocket at your expense

Who is old enough to remember the 1981 Movie Escape From New York? It was actually headed for reality in 1997 (the year it supposedly took place) before Reagan cleaned up the country and Rudi Giuliani cleaned up the city.
